5th Day in Ningbo, China

Went straight downstairs to test the AULDEY car with batteries. Put em batteries in and damn! couldn't work hhaha, found a piece of contact which was not in place so i rectified it. Tried again, YES IT WORKS! BUtttttttttt only a while and after that it stopped. Found out that the contact between one of the ends of the batteries and the engine was faulty. Shit, well at least it works even if it's only for a while hahaha.

The Completed Auldey 'Desert Storm'

Ate leftover nasi lemak for breakfast and then left for METRO at about 12:30PM.

Time : 12:45PM

Asked my mom if it was the same Metro as in Singapore but alas it wasnt, took about 30 mins to get there, pass all the chaotic traffic. The journey to Metro was invaded by encounters with Pigs and a Peeing Man. On an intersection, i spotted a huge lorry packed with 3 levels of PIGS! Yes live ass PIGs! haha it whizzed by pretty fast and by the time i pointed it out to my mom it was gone. But as fate would have it, we turned into where they were and stopped a lane beside and a car behind the lorry as it was a red light. I whipped out my videocam to capture it forever. The pigs were peeing out of the lorry! After a pig had pee-d, another one pee-d out of the lorry, it was disgusting. Luckily, their urine narrowly missed the car beside the lorry hahah and our driver was extra careful when overtaking it. Their shit was everywhere on the 3-tiered lorry. peeeyuuu NASTY!! Another major ass shock occured just a few roads down. You know those billboards common on the side of the roads of Malaysian highways? Yeah they have those here and guess what was under one of it? A 30-40 yr old man urinating at the base of the billboard, JUST BY THE SIDE OF THE ROAD haha jeez i thought only toddlers do that, too late to whip out the vidcam though so alas it will only be etched in my memory. My mom assured me it wasnt gonna be the last i'm gonna see of instances like that though hahah.

Time : 1:15-30 ish PM

Reached Metro and it looked like the Giant stores in Malaysia, same type of structure and the things they sold were similar too, all sorts of things from clothes, decoration, bicycles to food and the like. Bought some stuff to give people back home from there. Followed my mom go shopping on daily necessities and stuff. The weird thing was that we had to buy the plastic bags, it wasn't free haha. Anyways, skidaddled out of there by about 2+ as my stepdad had to use the car for work.

Time : 4:00 PM

Ate some stuff with the kids once they came home. Little piglets i call them haha forever munching on something. Hung out, kinda forgot what i did after that??!??!

Time : 7:30 PM

Stepdad came home with a metallic base-stand for our very own basketball post? (sorry i dunno what it's called) the board was all done up with the net and everything so me,nat and my stepdad assembled the whole thing and we put it out on our driveway. It was a rather unsturdy basketball thingy so we had to use some 'jerry cans' with water to hold the post down. Once that was done, we ripped it up. Together with the neighbours, Mr Ashek (i think his name is spelled like that) and Rishab, his 11 yr old son, we tested the board out, it served its purpose well and we had a ball playing. Soon after, it was dinner time. didn't do much else after dinner, juz talked with the family and went to bed at ard 11-12 + after going online and surfin the web.
